Construction Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

About the position: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to fill the role of Construction Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our sales team.

• A college degree in civil engineering;
• Knowledge of technical drawing software (AutoCAD or similar);
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Previous experience in this position (valued);

Responsibilities:

• Preparing bids and market studies;
• Reviewing, interpreting, and measuring construction plans;
• Assisting in the development of technical solutions and collaborating with the technical department;
• Requesting bids from suppliers/subcontractors;
• Supporting project management.
