Bridge Deck with Formwork Scaffolding / Heavy Propping

Formwork scaffolding / heavy propping systems are temporary structures designed to support the loads imposed by formwork systems during reinforced concrete construction works. Their main function is to ensure the stability and safety of the structure until the concrete reaches the required strength to become self-supporting, after which the falsework is dismantled.

At MADONU, this solution is commonly used for spans and heights of up to 40 metres. This limit is defined by the technical capabilities of the equipment used and by the safety requirements needed to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
