Director of Construction

About the position: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a Director of Construcion. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction planning and site management, project analysis, technical specifications, and work schedules, ensuring coordination between all disciplines as well as the optimization of resources and construction methods.

The ideal profile:

• Knowledge of technical drawing software (AutoCAD or similar);
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Previous experience in this position (valued);

Responsibilities:

• Studies and technical documentation at the start of construction;
• Measure and quantify changes throughout the execution of the project;
• Prepare quantity take-offs and track updates;
• Develop implementation plans and coordinate efforts among the various specialties;
• Collaborate in the preparation of new budgets for project changes;
• Supervise and monitor the execution of the works, ensuring compliance with the prepared plans.
